Markets We Serve

DNA Software™ creates value for its customers by providing more accurate results that significantly save costs and resources required of PCR-based analysis and design. DNA Software™ has put the “q” back in qPCR: by providing DNA copy number from qPCR data. In addition to analysis, our software optimizes multiplex assay design to achieve unique specificity and sensitivity. Click here to learn what our customers are saying about DNA Software™.

Biotechnology

Much conversation has been made about the cost of sequencing an individual’s genome and what this information means for the future of health care. DNA Software™ provides its software to a number of leading biotech companies as we edge closer to the promise of personalized medicine. DNA Software™ works with leaders such as Luminex, Molecular MD, and PrimeraDx along with many organzations in the Personalized Medicine Coalition.

Pharmaceutical

DNA Software™ provides its tools to a variety of global pharmaceutical companies. The DNAS suite of products provides pharmaceutical organizations with information to make their diagnostic tests more specific and sensitive. As the field of molecular diagnostics continues to grow, so does the demands for better data. Leaders such as Roche, Novartis, Johnson and Johnson use DNA Software™ to enable and improve their process of discovery.

Agriculture

Agricultural organizations are facing the problem of keeping up with projected world food supply demands. As a result, scientists work to produce more effective crop yields that withstand drought and disease. DNA Software™ provides its software tools to a varity of agricultural customers including Dow Agro, Pioneer Hi-Bred and Monsanto.

Government

DNA Software™ provides its products to organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control, as they need to be able to respond quickly and efficiently to outbreaks. The information provided by our software improves the accuracy and sensitivity for assay design and analysis. In addition, DNAS counts organizations such as the USDA and FDA amongst its customers.

Academic

DNA Software™ has long been recognized as the “gold standard” for assay design amongst thought leaders in academia. With several hundred publications to support the rigorous science behind our software, institutions such as Harvard University, MIT, Howard Hughes Medical Insitute and The University of Michigan license our software.
